product use instruction:

when the product switch to the “AC” flie, connect AC power, then lamp and the charging indicator light on, used as ordinary light bulbs .when power off, the lamp off.  when the product switch to the  “DC” file, there are emergency functions, that is, when the AC power off the lamp is on, when AC power is on ,the light  off .at the same time the charging indicator light on,when the product switch to the “OFF”flie,connect AC power, only the batteries are charging,charging indicator light on,no other function.
